How to Choose the Right Pricing model?

Start by deciding what works best for your business. Here are some things to think about:
  • How often will you need Saffire Global’s help? If it’s regular and ongoing, a monthly retainer might be best. If it’s just for a short time or for one project, hourly rates or project-based pricing could be better.
  • What’s your budget like? If you have a set amount you can spend each month, a retainer might be easier to manage. If your needs (and budget) change a lot from month to month, hourly rates might be better.
  • How predictable is the work? If you know exactly what you need the Saffire Global to do, project-based pricing might work well. If the work is more flexible or might change, hourly rates or a retainer could be better.
  • What services do you plan to engage the Saffire Global for?
  • Would it make sense to get a comprehensive service bundle from Saffire Global instead if piecemeal?
  • Do it make sense to transfer some of the tasks you currently handle to Saffire Global for better efficiences?

Pricing Options

  • Monthly Retainer Fees: A subscription based monthly retainer for module based engagement and local strategic guidance.
  • Project-Based Fees: Fixed one-time project success based engagement where SoW is defined (e.g., Product Launch, Hiring engagement, Brand Campaign, Targeted Lead Gen, Identified Client engagement for desired specific outcomes, etc).
  • Joint Ventures and Equity Partnerships : In addition to the above pricing options, we are open and keen on profit share percentage of successes created plus Equity participation based on value created as discussed mutually.
  • Hourly Consulting Fees: A mutually agreed hourly rate based on consulting/execution hours towards agreed outcomes over a period of time.
  • ACTUALS: Travel costs, Subscriptions, Software purchase (if needed), Events fee, Licenses, etc.
